There are 176 residential units. Dania 4 (B4) is a residential building with 1B+G+M+7 floors. There are 51 residential units. Dania 4 (B5) is a residential building with 1B+G+M+6 floors. There are 45 residential units. Dania 4 (B6) is a residential building with 1B+G+M+7 floors. There are 51 residential units. In all, there are 579 residential units spread across the six buildings. The expected completion of the project is in 2019.
